In October 2008, Francis Prézeau founded Signature Canada, acquiring the Canadian part of the vast roster of Signature Worldwide’s clients, to better meet their specific needs. He had joined Signature Worldwide in 2003 as a regional training account manager and became Team Leader for Canada in 2007. He was the first trainer employed by Signature Worldwide to purchase a license from the American company. 

 

With over 30 years of hospitality industry experience, Francis has gained a wealth of knowledge by working directly with hundreds of managers, sales and service personnel across the country. He has used his front-line experience to develop many of Signature’s sales and customer service training programs, which have been implemented throughout Canada, Europe and Africa for the benefit of hotels & restaurants, call centres, casinos, companies in equipment & trucking, and other industries.

 

Francis works with companies to custom design training programs that focus on increasing their revenue through the improvement of their customer service and their clients' experience.

 

Prior to founding Signature Canada, he served in a management capacity at a variety of hotels across the province of Québec, including the Ritz-Carlton in Montréal and Fairmont Manoir Richelieu, to name a few. A graduate of the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec, Francis has a great record of success in developing new accounts, growing strategic accounts, helping grow sales organizations, and building and developing teams to support organizational objectives.

Julien Dagenais-Côté joined Signature Canada in September 2019 to increase sales and help position the company as the leader in business solutions and training for sales and customer service.

 

With over 10 years experience as sales managers in different hotels, Julien is aware of the issues facing the industry in order to thrive. He loves to share his knowledge with Signature Canada customers to help them reach their business goals.

 

Julien graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal with a bachelor’s degree in business, specialized in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Isabelle Duval joined Signature Canada in November 2008 and has contributed to set solid grounds for the Canadian team. As Operations Manager, she is leading the team of "mystery shoppers", scorers and coaches. She is supporting the trainers and is responsible for the company's accounting and human resources.

 

Isabelle has gained a vast experience by working in different hotels in housekeeping, restaurant, banquets, front desk and revenue management. She was one of the pioneers of Revenue Management in the Montreal area when she worked for the Marriott Château Champlain as well as the Courtyard Montreal.

 

She graduated from l’Université du Québec à Montréal in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specializing in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Catherine joined us in September 2016 as Reinforcement Team Manager. She is responsible for our mystery shopper’s team, evaluators and coaches who have the objective of providing reinforcement and necessary measures to ensure the success of our training programs. Catherine also supports our sales team in order to develop our growth.

 

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and experience in front office, sales and customer service, Catherine has a strong sense of customer relations and knows what it takes to offer impeccable service.

 

Having a baggage of 8 years experience as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Embassy Suites by / by Hilton Montreal, she inspires our team in its pursuit of excellence.

 

Catherine graduated from Lasalle College in  the Hotel Management program in addition to obtaining various certificates from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), specifically in marketing and human resources.

 

Her valuable experience and versatility are the best assets for the success of our team and our most demanding customers.
