A few tips on how to proceed with your repeat customers

No need to "sell" again your product when dealing with a repeat customer, but you still have to go through your sales process: Connect (with smiles, eye contact, undivided attention), Discover (what they need), Deliver (exactly that), and Close (by sincerely thank them). Signs of appreciation, mainly for a repeat customer, is probably what is valued the most.
